How to Track your Actual Mobile Phone Location without GPS system ? is the biggest problem for everyone not even in India but also in other countries. we can solve this problem till some extent using "Andriod Device Manager" application. This is the freely available android app in Google Play Store. Using Android Device Manager App for finding the mobile phone location, GPS system is not required. For locating your lost mobile, you have to follow these Steps-

Step 1 : First of all, click on the "Play store" icon in your android mobile phone. there in the search box, type " Android Device Manager" and then click on the search button.

Step 2:  After finding the "Android Device Manager" app, Install this App in your smart phone.

Step 3 : After Installing it your smart phone, click on the "Open" button or you can normally open this app in your mobile phone.

Step 4 : After Opening the apps window, you will find the login and password option. there simply type your email id and password (It may be your Gmail id and password or any other email id and password). After that your will sign up in Android device Manager app using your email id and password. 

Step 5: After Signing up, you will find the actual location of your mobile phone on the screen without using GPS system.

I have used and performed all these steps in my smart phone and it is really working. please try it on your android phone, if you want to track the actual location of your smart phone.
