How to open block website in your system?

Suppose that in your PC, few websites are not opening and you are getting a block website message in your system screen. Then after following these steps, you will be able to open these block websites in your PC.

(For Windows 7 Operating System)

Step 1 : First of all, click on the "Start" button on your computer screen.
Step 2. then write "Run" on   'search program and files' option. After doing that you will get a "run window" on your computer screen.
step 3: Now type "cmd". After that you will find a screen like that

Step 4: Now type the website name, which is blocked in your PC, like that

'Ping www.miniclip.com'

After typing the blocked website like above, press 'Enter' then on the screen you will find a URL. Please type that URL on the browser URL. then you will be able to open block website.
